And now you know the rest of the story...

Next, the Rangers will find bribes and cartel ties, and it is off to Federal Prison for Cokie Poncho.

Funny enough, he voted against the bill that would have the Rangers investigate legislative corruption.

Re: DPS Affidavit: Poncho Nevarez Dropped his Cocaine

I was excited about his departure, but looking up his voting record - the man is an anomaly.

I don't get why he votes yes on some bills for our side, and no on others. What's his angle?

Woops, you dropped your cocaine Poncho Nevarez

Yep, you heard that right. I haven't seen the mainstream media covering it yet.

Also just to be fair, the McDonalds case wasn't frivolous. McDonalds was holding their coffee at 190F - hot enough to cause third degree burns in 3 seconds if spilled. They had been warned multiple times that it was too hot and didn't do anything to change their policies. The lady got third degree b...

Re: Toyota Center in Houston

I went there for a rockets game last year. I refused to go in unable to protect myself, so I put a can of pepper spray in my sock and walked through.

Detector went off, I just kept walking. :tiphat: The security folks don't get paid enough to care.

That's assuming the spam bots are originating from foreign IP addresses. There are plenty of compromised machines here in the US that are a part of spam or hacking botnets that blocking foreign IP addresses will not help. That's correct of course. I can only state what I've experienced, and for me ...

Unfortunately, she works with schools, so having a gun in her car is not really an option a lot of the time. What is preventing her from having a firearm in her vehicle in a school parking lot? Is she licensed? She's convinced that she will get fired from her consulting position (contract not renew...

Charles, Have you considered putting your site behind cloudflare? Texas3006 is, including the apps, and I use Cloudflare to hard block traffic from every country except IPs that belong to the US. It has literally cut out 99% of the trash traffic I used to get. My site isn't meant for non-american vi...

When the officer showed up, he was accusatory that this was my fault. He even made a comment that I had committed aggravated assault by pointing my gun at this person and said that if this person contacted the police too, then I could be in trouble. I was completely floored and could not believe th...

Re: Hobby Lobby issuing verbal notices

I may need to tweak how entries are handled in the moderation queue though so that clarification can be received from the entry owners when needed before they are approved. This idea has been implemented. Future entries that are questionable (verbal especially) will no longer be approved until we'v...

Re: Hobby Lobby issuing verbal notices

I haven’t used Texas3006 in a long time I guess because I never knew that verbal notice is now being recorded/reported. That makes zero sense to me. The verbal notice feature is not meant to be taken as a notice for YOU of course. It's a response to all of the big businesses that recently made the ...
