Ok then I must be missing or misunderstanding the statute.
It says in part
(c) Except as provided by Subsection (e), an offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
.
Sub section (e) states
(e) An offense under this section committed by a person younger than 21 years of age is punishable in the same manner as if the minor committed an offense to which Section 106.071, Alcoholic Beverage Code, applies
I see no other text that modifies the offense to a class B..


Where is the part that supports "As long as he has not had two previous convictions for PI.it would then be a class B" :tiphat: please.
