North Carolina is NOT a Campus Carry State. That means that this was another gun free zone that turned out not to be.Gov. Roy Cooper said at a briefing late Tuesday that a "hard look" was needed into how the shooting happened and how to keep guns off campus and out of schools.
From the article, it said that the shooter had no previous interest in guns. That seems like quite a transition to using one to kill people in public. Good investigative reporters would be looking to see what was really going on but the media will be too busy hyping this incident as a reason for gun control to bother.
