If you really are worried about being on "the list" then I would argue we are in dire enough times to not only get suppressors but everything else you will need to prepare. A citizenry that fears their government for the sake of their God given freedoms isn't really free.
Besides, the longer the ...

Re: Anonymously asking company to update weapons policy?
While I don't think asking a company to change their policy is necessarily the route to go, I think there are many ways to go about getting the ball rolling on the subject.

Re: The Refinery I work at Still will not revise its policy
Sorry, but I disagree with the "silent option" here. I think that makes sense in the case of a improperly posted 30.06 sign where you are a patron/visitor but not in the case of this employee policy issue. Re: Passage of TX Senate Bill 321
Funny how that "or" actually means something! ;-) I will admit that there are several things in the wording of the law that would tend to make someone not using their "legalise thinking cap" feel that the law only applies to CHL's. Re: Passage of TX Senate Bill 321
Thanks for the clarification. After posting and reading things over for the meeelionth time I finally came to the same conclusion. So the answer is "B" and the lawyers got it right. That restores my faith in humanity, sort of.

Re: Passage of TX Senate Bill 321
I have read the "Section F" wording more times than I care to count, read many of the discussions about it here, and had our company lawyers weigh in on it and I am still not clear on its purpose. Can someone please help me get my head around this?
