Re: Oh the Irony

Yeah, but where the hack is Ted? Not very visible as far as I can tell. That metro-sexual Beto character is everywhere. SIgns all over, robocalls, text messages, and still no Ted. I question his desire for another term and wonder if he is about to throw Texas under the scooby van? Have you donated ...

Meanwhile, Stormy Daniels was given a Key to the City by the mayor. Sigh. The president's star was removed, and a porn actress gets a key to the city. America, how you've fallen.
Yet Bill Cosby and OJ Simpson still have stars on the WOF.

Re: Slow Trump news day

To be honest, I could care less what Duane Johnson did yesterday, today, or tomorrow. But I now have the urge to send him a gift card for one of Landry's seafood restaurants as a thank you for distracting lefties from Trump for 5 minutes.

Re: Parkland survivor David Hogg

Isn't it interesting. David Hogg has a book deal, has a nationwide book tour with entourage and armed security being financed (most likely) by a former NYC mayor. Who outside of SE Texas can name even one of the survivors from Santa Fe? https://www.dailysignal.com/2018/08/05/underreported-the-santa-...

Re: Dog Show = Sporting Event?????

It gets even more convoluted when you consider everything that will be going on inside the building at NRG center. Confirmation show - Professional handlers involved (about 20% of the handlers are pros getting paid) Obedience - Probably going to be a few professional handlers Rally - May be professi...

Dog Show = Sporting Event?????

My wife and I started showing our dogs this year and I've been carrying under the assumption that it is NOT a sporting event. Many dogs are handled by professional handlers, so if it is a sporting event, then adding the word professional isn't a stretch. Since we will be in Art Acevedo's playground ...

Charles’ bill needs a catchy name, and we need to come up with it before the anti-gun press does.

I propose

“Common Sense Gun Law”

Or

“Common Sense Carry”.

Branding is important.
If you want it to pass, call it the Texas Safe Schools Bill

Orr is an ammo manufacturer based in Needville TEXAS. Owned and operated by a retired Marine Colonel.

I can personally attest that their stuff is amazingly consistent and super clean.

Re: Can We All Have Differences of Opinion?

On quite a variety of topic some folks seem overwrought if another member expresses a difference of opinion. Must you agree with me? Of course not...nor I you. Can we agree to disagree civilly? Yes, yes we can. Maybe it's just me noticing of late it seems if I (and others too, of course) think subj...
