I've heard of situations where it is the claim, but to the best of my knowledge it's never been verified.

"Though many are too young to vote, they plan to shape the election." Do you think maybe there's a reason that the voting age is what it is? Voting age used to be 21, it is now 18. That being said, I do NOT advocate lowering it further. Personally I would like the see the voting age go back to 21. ...

Reminds me of the 85 year old woman who was stopped under similar circumstances. She stated that she had a .38 in her purse, a 9 mm in the console and a .45 in the glove box. The officer asker her what she was afraid of. She replied, "Absolutely nothing, Officer!"

I disagree. I think it might do a lot of good if kids came with vice grips pre-installed. ;-)
