He was paid $101,879.03 last year.

$8,702.35 a month x 12 months = $104428.2 a year.

So, the coward of broward retired and got a raise.

Excuse me... I have to go throw up now.

Because he's one of their libtard cronies.

The FAIL just keeps on adding up...

Serial Failure: Here's How Government Totally Dropped The Ball In Stopping Florida Shooter

The newest addition to the fail list is that local authorities knew he was mentally unstable, but failed to follow-up. That follow-up could have included invoking the BakerAct. He could have been committed and prevented from ever buying a gun.

Sheriff: Armed officer at Stoneman Douglas ‘never went in’ during shooting
Broward Sheriff Scott Israel has announced that the school resource deputy for Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School has resigned amid an internal investigation.

Israel made the announcement during a news conference Thursday afternoon.

According to Israel, Deputy Scot Peterson was on campus at the time of the shooting that killed 17 people.

However, Israel said video showed the deputy arriving at the west side of the building where the shooting took place. Peterson then took up a position but “never went in.”
In 2014, Peterson was named School Resource Officer of the Year for the City of Parkland, with the district saying “Deputy Peterson has proven to be reliable in handling issues with tact and judgment.”

The Deadliest School Massacre in American History Is a Bombing...from 1927

Given the immediate climate of scaremongering, it's worth pointing out that to this day, the deadliest school massacre in United States history was committed not with a gun, but a bomb.

On May 18th, 1927, the last day of classes at the only school in the small town of Bath, Michigan was interrupted by a deadly explosion. Hundreds of pounds of carefully planted dynamite tore apart the north wing of the school's main building, killing dozens of students and two teachers. Ten children aged eight or younger were among those who died in the initial blast:
