Just checked DPS and it says license has been mailed. So it looks like sometimes they update this part and sometimes they don't.

I feel your pain. My BGC just recently came back. I'm technically still in the waiting room but hopefully I will have plastic by early next week.

chasfm11 I think it is the luck of the draw. I sent mine in when you did and I got online status Thursday. You will probably be in the system shortly.
