Re: NH: Pick up truck driver charged with negligent homicide in deaths of 7 motorcyclists

I am still curious how the accident occurred. So far as I have seen, no details on how the accident occurred have been released. Since he was charged, I am guessing (and it is only a guess) that he somehow crossed the center line to hit the bikes. What made him cross the line would be critical to a...

Re: Marine Corps Adopts Sig Sauer M18

From the article: "This year the branch is scheduled purchase 35,000 at a price of roughly $6 million. " Wow! That's about $171.42 each! Can I get in on that action? :biggrinjester: I bet hammer manufacturers are worried now, knowing that the military actually got a discount. Ther...

Re: New to Concealed Carry, have a few questions

You can also purchase a SA/DA pistol which you could carry in DA mode ( thumb safety would be optional). Trigger pull for DA mode increases dramatically ( mine goes from 4 to 11 lbs). I believe this is how the LA Police Dept. use to carry their Beretta 92s. This is my preferred method of carrying. ...

Re: MN: Self defense shooting trial built on gun control bumper sticker

http://www.startribune.com/rochester-murder-case-may-hinge-on-the-phrase-duty-to-retreat/470306113/ Its hard to find all the facts in this self defense murder trial in one news article. There was a mistrial from a hung jury recently, so the self defense shooter has a chance of getting off. In Minne...

Re: Hypothetical - asked not to carry in public venue

I assume (but merely assume) that it was a happy ending since it sounds like the officers knew the law and didn't try to illegally side with ignorant security employees. That must have been in a red county. Try it in a libtard blue county full of law-ignorant morons and you WILL be arrested and can...

Re: Overdose Suspect Is Revived By Narcan and Fatally Shoots Firefighter

Narcan should be banned. Incidents like this wouldn't happen, and the opioid/fentanyl crises would resolve itself. People who set out on a path of self-destruction should be allowed to reach their destination.

I usually just spray some Windex or rub some dirt on it, and that fixes it. Chocolate milk is bad for my boyish figure.
Spread some gunpowder over it. If it bleeds. Touch it off with a cigar.

Uncle Joe Biden

Some people myself included. Are pretty disgusted with the current president. While running the first time he gave us lots of promises, but has done little to nothing to support us. Even his Supreme Court nominations seem to be pretty weak on second amendment issues. It could be worse, there is the ...

Re: David Ortiz shot in the back in a bar in the Dominican Republic

The crowd at the bar responded to the shooting.

"The gunman was captured and beaten by a crowd of people at the bar, Bautista said, according to the AP. Police were waiting until the man underwent treatment for his injuries before questioning him."

Good work on their part.
