Re: Carry Holsters?
You should be able to find a multitude of holster makes that can accommodate your FN, but the Canik is another story. For off the shelf, Comp-tac might be your best bet. They make a kydex fitted for the FN, but they also now have "Q Line" of holsters that are built to fit multiple guns tha...

Re: NO CHL, NO Car, How Do I Get to the Range legally?
If i was taking the bus, I'd want something like this. http://www.amazon.com/G-P-S-602556-P-Handgunner-Backpack/dp/B00DECL0P0/ref=pd_sim_200_4?ie=UTF8&dpID=51LTlj0iFqL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR149%2C160_&refRID=0V00J3DQTB8BFA7D6R64 I would not feel comfortable sitting on a bus wi...

Is it 3 buildings or all buildings owned by Potter County?
The judge says all property owned by the county while the county commissioners "recognize" 3 buildings.....

Re: Ar-15 Truck Carry
I don't own one, but if money isn't a big concern, you could go for one of these. https://www.safetysecurity.co/product/console-bunker/ I don't know... I'd bet that if some ghetto goblin saw that thing they would KNOW that there was something worth stealing in it and smash your window just to give ...

Re: Glock 19 poll.
Mostly I've carried my G19 in a comptac MTAC, but I just got a new Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 on Monday and I'm really liking it. I have the MTAC. Why did you bother with the Alien Gear? Curious. I'm happy with MTAC (I also have one for a G26), and have never considered another holster because I lik...

Re: Converting a closet to a gun storage area
That *is* cool, though not particularly stealthy IMO. We have a walk-in closet I would like to convert to a Safe Room i.e. a place to go if a tornado hits or a BG is in the house, and which also contains our arsenal, so I'd like not only to figure-out how to reinforce the door, but also the walls. ...

Re: Need a scope recommendation
I like the Leupold VX-R scopes with illuminated reticles. Reasonably priced compared to some others out there. I have a 3x9 with a Ballistic Firedot recticle on my AR10 and love it. They make 2 scopes specific to hog hunting that look like they could serve your needs. https://www.leupold.com/hunting...

Re: Road Rage Approached Driver With A Bat...
By myself, I'm probably ok to stay in the car, draw my gun and call 911. If I have the fam in the car with me, I think I would take more proactive action. This assumes that I'm stuck and cannot drive off, which is definitely the best course to take if possible.

You guys are such a bad influence  I'm definitely building one of these, once I get finished setting up the NFA Trust. Just curious, did you guys consider the SDTA muzzle brake? If so, any particular reason you chose the Griffin? http://sdtacticalarms.com/SDTA-Muzzle-Break_p_65.html I chos...
