Streamline the entire licensing process
Renewals ought to be something like:
Swing by the Drivers License place,
they take the picture
and a thumb print
You pay your money and in 3 or 4 weeks (Tops)
you get your license.

the cavalier attitude DPS has about meeting CHL deadlines
I have read notes in other venues that suggested that when pressured on the deadlines the DPS responded with:
"Your Finger Prints were not usable."
This is something hard for laymen to argue about or to prove.
Maybe one of our goals should be to bypass the finger prints on renewals.
