Robert and I just did a last minute trip to DFW. Did a Groupon for the hotel. The Kimbel has an amazing Monet exhibit right now, ohhh the waterlilies!!!....through sometime in Sept. the problem is that someone...I can't remember who, in the House, added an Amendment that allows cities to complete their contracts. There is one here in San Antonio that won't complete until 34, they renewed their contract during the session.

and just what would they do if someone put it on their private property? because something tells me that if someone had that kind of money to spend and the back bone to do it, they would be ready for the 1st Amendment fight....and that would be fun to watch.
