Reminder to practice 1 handed shooting.
Sounds like a great job by the officer to stay in the fight and win.

Re: Any updates?
Would be nice if HB29 was mandatory instead of "may", for secure weapon storage options in public buildings that prohibit weapons.
Storing my gun in the car when serving jury duty is not a happy thing.
At least "may" is a start.

Re: Any updates?
Does the final version include the need for personal notice (written or verbal) beyond just a sign? Is it the same as 30.06 where missing a sign is a Class C, and failing to leave after being told to do so is a Class A? This is the final amendment that was adopted... https://capitol.texas.gov/tlodo...

Re: If Const. Carry passes, a signage question
The solution of saying everyone is licenses may end reciprocity for the TX license. I recall part of the reciprocity concept in several states is that the licensing requirements of a reciprocal state is similar to their own. I'm not familiar what's been done with other states that have constitution...

Re: 3006 Sign Question
If I'm on that jury, I think I'd find those signs sufficiently conspicuous. However, I'm not going to be detained or disarmed for walking past it. 1. A violation is a misdemeanor, as was pointed out previously. Someone is going to pay for the illegal detainment and the results of the unjustified esc...

It’s a shame some folks can’t look past their own wallet to see the greater good. Hmmm, sounds like liberals. I was in the room at the capital ...

Re: If Const. Carry passes, a signage question
If this passes, what do you do with your current LTC? Frame it? I guess it is then useful in the reciprocity situation. Would licensing then be optional? If there is no licensing, then you’d lose reciprocity unless you got one from another State, like FL or UT? According to TSRA, the bills moving t...
