Can the guest lock it and prevent normal access by hotel staff or anyone else? If so, then it is 100% under their control. At least in my opinion. YMMV.ELB wrote:"Premises" includes real property, and I think a hotel room counts as real property, but is it under the guest's control?

Do we even know if he had an LTC or not? If not, then 30.06/.07 don't apply. but I haven't read anything that says he had an LTC.
