I think carve outs are one of the biggest legislative problems in government. It stinks of "rights for me but not for thee" as another member put it. Was he convicted of felonies or did the revolving door let him plead down to misdemeanors? Did he get deferred adjudication instead of convicted because he's a family man? Etc.

The blue sign is required to be posted by a business that sells alcohol if they are not required to post the red 51% sign.

The 30.06 sign is valid notice LTC may not carry a concealed handgun.

My only objection is not requiring the written test be taken in person, like all my online classes required for the final exam. If they have to shoot in person, why not spend an extra 10 minutes to do the written exam at the same time? Not that it really matters to me anyway until HB560 or equivalen...
