Re: QUIT CHANGING THE RULES!!!!

The reload rules and others gun models are what I saw most negatives about, even our club dropped it, IDPA was fun for along time I admit just a game and a big money maker for Mr Wilson. I do not ever plan on rejoining, one thing for sure when I leave the house today I sure will not down load to 10...

Re: Your most “American” gun on this 4th of July

Had to work so no bbq, I recon my S&W model 65 and my 6946 S&W would fit the Most “American “ gun in my collection the 65 being the one I have had the longest. Also I can’t leave out the AR ether. :patriot: Proud to live in a country that allows me the right to own and cherish firearms. Despite all ...

Re: My 1911 is in the stable!

Keep us posted. I really like my Sr1911 and also like my VM2. One thing I did add to my SR1911 was this Fast safety system. You can carry with hammer down, round chambered, flick the safety off which recocks the hammer. Have this on my 1911 and Browning HP. https://bhspringsolutions.com/141-series-...

Re: IN: Child finds a gun in the cushions of a couch at IKEA

Agree with OG, probably a gang-banger ditching a gun used in a crime. Or maybe not An Ikea customer sat down on a couch, where his firearm fell out of his pants and got lodged in the piece of furniture. He got up from the couch and continued to walk around the store without realizing his gun was go...

Re: Micro pistol finally wins me over

I carry a J Frame a lot. I do own a Glock 43 and from time to time carry it. My Sig P365 finally showed up yesterday at the dealers which is not local. I put it on order around March I think. It will be at my FFL I hope sometime this week. If it proves to be a reliable pistol (hopefully since I wai...

Re: Micro pistol finally wins me over

I inherited my 938 from my wife when she moved to a revolver. It is the only 9mm I own. Surprisingly it also fits in my smaller 1911 holsters very well. I don’t pocket carry it but carry IWB as I do all of my EDC when on my Harley. BTW, mine is an 04 Ultra Classic with 152k on it I don’t think I wi...

Re: Micro pistol finally wins me over

The other day a friend who is buying a house wanted to sell a few to help with a pad for the down payment. One of the ones was a P 938. Nice score. Great gun. It was priced right that it just couldn’t be ignored. If I had not liked it easy to get my investment back. Not I get to spend more money. :...

Re: Micro pistol finally wins me over

I have never been to keen with micro pistols, full size always have been more to my liking. Even back in the day when I owned a few j frames their big brothers and sisters won out on the carry rotation. When I ride my Harley the thought of a carry weapon a little bit smaller has caught my interest ...
