A similar confrontation exists in states like Colorado, and Wasington who have asserted their own prerogatives in regards to personal use marijuana possession. Federal law may technically trump state law..but without the consent of the governed.......government has a predicament. I see more and more...

Then I ask .......under what pretense then ...... do these 50 " United States of America" even exist ???
