Re: When is a school a school?

Re: Gotta vent for a minute

As a prude myself, I take offense at serving of alcohol at a Christian event, shorts & sandals at church, Christian heavy metal, and Kanye/Olsteen tag team preaching.

Re: Traveling to AR, TN and KY

Some states require immediate notification of an officer that you are armed, even before they ask. I took a trip up to MI and traveled through all the states you mentioned plus IN.

BBVA USA. Free checking, no strings attached. No issues w/ signage. Been there many years. Best of the ‘majors’ in my opinion.

I don’t think that such action is limited to MI. Can occur in Texas and even by the HOA.

Re: CO: Police blow up innocent man’s home to capture shop lifting suspect

Who’s gonna pay? 1. Individually involved officers? That’s not acceptable. Require each officer to carry a form of duty insurance, like doctors malpractice? Except officers don’t earn $$$$. 2. Police department? Well actually that’s you & me via the taxes. From police dept budgets? Now we are hamper...

Re: 1911 Carry

Thoughts from anyone here who carries a 1911 5 inch single stack 45 IWB. Just trying to figure out if it is worth trying to do before I spend any money on a holster. I carry govment size 1911 IWB (when I don’t carry my G17). I like my holsters to have a thumb break with a strap across the frame bet...

Re: thoughts on the future of political parties

I'm sure I'll go back to my normal self, but right now I'm implementing the "Head in a hole" strategy..... I've stopped all political and most news feeds from my apps that I use on a daily basis.... I've given up most online sources such as Yahoo, etc..... Yesterday I even removed Fox from my News ...

Re: NY State Pistol and Rifle Association chairman says 80% lowers should be registered as firearms

In an effort to out do his liberal colleague, the vice chairman countered with, and I quote, “I think 0% lowers should be registered. All ingots should be serialized.” Later he expanded on the proposal that any dreams of AR lowers must be registered.
