The one near me in Frisco closed up a while back. I was pretty bummed because it had some powder selections and such that were convenient. I do miss the competition, now it seems like Academy or Cabela's is all that's really around with powders/primers/etc.

This has a greater than 0 chance of passing in my opinion. Pretty much all that stands between it passing and dying is Mitch.

I suppose getting to 60 in the senate might be difficult, but not impossible.
