Get the type 2. The adjustable means you can adjust the brightness of the dot. I prefer a larger dot as I am not shooting a pistol at distances that a larger dot is a negative. Others like John Lovell (Warrior Poet Society if you want to look up his stuff online) prefer the smallest dot. One ...

Statistically speaking he'll be fine. I'd be inclined to let him go by himself. Course I also grew up a few decades ago, and an hour away from a major city. So my perspective is not exactly current. I'll probably feel like your wife when my daughter wants to start going places by herself.

Re: Pmags- gen 2 vs gen 3 questions
I user lancers for defense/hunting ammo, and pmags for practice ammo. Don't have to look and see what is in the mag, just grab and go. Also another bit of information (of questionable usefulness) is that lancers and gen 3 pmags have smaller bases, so in double stack pouches they are slightly easier ...

Re: 300 blackout subsonic pistol upper
I've got a 10.5" that is 1/8 and it works fine for me so I don't know. Actually been thinking about selling it but because I don't shoot it, not because it doesn't work.
What kind of groups are getting at 100 yards?
I don't know, haven't gone to a 100 yard range. But at 50 it's more ...

My understanding is the construction is paid for by donations, but the upkeep is paid for by the fed.Russell wrote: Sun Dec 22, 2019 2:14 pm I always thought the libraries were private property and paid for by the outgoing president himself.
Silly me. Of course it's our tax dollars paying for it.

Christmas trip to visit and I've never been there before. I did some online checking for carrying and didn't find anything. For some reason it never crossed my mind it was Federal Property. Two sets of doors at right angle so the "real" entrance was blocked from direct view. Walked thru the 2nd ...
