Re: Home Carry?

I keep my normal carry strapped to me. Two exceptions, shower, and sleeping in which case it's nearby.

Re: Defense Plan Without Firearm Worked Tonight

I'm glad your deterrence worked. With what you described makes me wonder how you failed victim selection. Home Invader, "Yeah that house with the lights and cameras, that's the one I want." I'm sure a police department somewhere has a nice set of pictures of him with that kind of thinking. Speaking ...

Re: After Virginia win, Bloomberg groups targeting Texas

They are going to probably make good on it too. We're basically a purple state right now. O'rourke came what 3% away from winning the senate race. How many judges did we see go blue, and we had a congressional district flip blue, and zero flip red. They won't take the entire state, but they'll win s...

Certainly sad news, but it isn’t our problem as a country and we should not intervene.
I wouldn't even go to Mexico with Seal Team 6.
I'd go with a USMC Division.

Re: Nov 5 2019 Elections-issues important to firearms owners?

NO to state income tax and yes the wording is easy to get confused and vote yes by accident. SO i figure some clown wanting the tax wrote it. cant believe the SOS allowed the horrible wording. cant believe it even was on the ballot. its like it just popped up. You sure? Thought a yes meant to keep ...

Re: Guns & Ammo's annual ranking of gun-friendly states

10. Texas Governor Greg Abbott probably set a record in 2019 when he signed 10 separate pro-gun bills into law. One of the bills allows school employees to keep guns locked in their cars on campus parking lots. Texas is, as many would suspect, a pro-gun state across the board. It gets high marks ...

Re: Your Chosen Defense load: How much can you trust it?

Just my opinion. I carry whatever the largest police force in my area is allowed to carry. Which tends to be stuff most people would carry anyways. Speer Gold Dots, Federal HST, Hornady Critical Duty. Generally has a good reputation for on the street performance, and reliability. Plus for my legal p...

Re: Re: Failure to Stop X 15

When I was doing,my hospital rotations for my paramedic, I was at JPSH in the ER when a guy came limping in the general admittance door claiming he'd been shot, so the ER personnel scrambled to get him in to one of the trauma rooms, Doc ask him where are you hit at and the guy said down there point...
