Has anyone seen calculations on how far Wilson's shot was?
I have to agree with Charles. If you count the pews and look at the people for scale, it appears very near 15 yards.

Re: OWB Retension preference

I carry OWB most of the time. I have retention holsters, and I have a couple of holsters with no retention. If I am OC, I prefer retention. But when I am CC I prefer no retention. The tragedy at White Settlement illustrates just how important a fast draw is. Retention slows me down. Nut much, but ma...

Re: Definition of "Premises" Regarding 51% Restaurants

I do not know how to answer your question, although I've never heard that defense before. However, you can search to find out whether or not the restaurant is a 51% location here.

You can add Van Zandt county to the list of 2nd Amendment sanctuary counties.

Re: Church shooting in Tarrant County - White Settlement

This is another example of why I choose to always be armed. I pray for the victims and their families, and I'm glad there were armed members of the congregation that stopped the shooter before it got any worse.

Re: Hope this is true

Anybody with a brain understands that this is a political ploy, and then it's going to backfire in their face. The dims will lose the House in the next election. At least I hope so. If there are enough people that are not already brainwashed by the MSM propaganda machine.

Re: Loaded magazine went for a wash!

I wouldn't shoot them. The couple of dollars at most for the ammo is not worth the risk of a plugged barrel. You can take them apart with a vise and a pair of vise grips. Just twist the bullet and pull it out of the cartridge.

These are on sale. :thumbs2: https://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=97309 The above are my favorite next to the XS Big Dot Sights. Bigger and brighter for me. Those look like good sights for sure. But you are about 2+ hours away from me. hmmmm..... With rare exception, these are the sights ...
