Re: CZ Scorpion Pistol to SBR

I really love your set up. It drives me crazy that we have to jump through those stupid hoops in order to have "comply" with moronic government regulations. :banghead:

Re: Shoot a Glock? Check Out ‘The Gadget’ If You Wanted Added Safety

As I understand, it doesn't alter the trigger, it just follows the trigger bar motion. I'd buy one in a heartbeat for my P320, but I don't think the P320 lends itself to the idea. You're exactly right. It is designed exactly for those who like to ride the hammer when re-holstering, especially aiwb....

Re: Trijicon RMR Red or Green

Green is fantastic in the daylight. To me it's pretty much the same when you compare an orange dot vs green on iron sites. Green always pops well in the bright Texas sunlight. I have the Romeo 1 optic which is red and have shot the rmr with green dot and prefer the green, really does well in the sun...

Sobering interview of a Good Smaritian

Not sure how many of you may remember this a few years ago in the DFW area but it was pretty close to where I live. Really interesting interview of the guy who stopped and pulled his weapon on a guy beating his girlfriend on the side of the road. While I like him, would like to do the right thing in...

Re: Sig P226 TacOps

If the gun is in half way decent shape and you get 4 20 round mags it's a great deal. Tacops is an excellent firearm.

Re: Sig Sauer P320C Grip Shell

What is a grip shell? Thanks! https://www.sigsauer.com/store/parts/grip-modules.html You can change out the grip module to configure to what ever size you want (modularity). Also allows you to take the fcu (fire control unit) which technically to gun and swap out different calibers and for sub comp...

Re: Pistol carbine (CZ scorpion) vs AR Pistol

Thanks for the suggestion AM. So is the keltec sub 2000 considered a pistol carbine, meaning the same ccw laws apply to this as if I'm carrying a pistol? At least in TX? Seems these are not easy to find in 9mm You're welcome. Based on your previously described "mission", you have two, no three, que...

Re: Pistol carbine (CZ scorpion) vs AR Pistol

So trying understand the big differences between these two. I'm specifically thinking of the cz scorpion but also want to understand the difference to the AR pistol. Maybe some pros/cons for each would be helpful. Just trying to understand what the main differences are between with these. Also woul...

Re: Pistol carbine (CZ scorpion) vs AR Pistol

Application would be an additional HD option and maybe a a problem arises option when traveling (driving around the state). With all the crazies protesting and getting more violent and rioting, probably couldn't hurt having one of these in a backpack and since it's considered a pistol, the ccw laws...

$40 + 2.99 shipping

Personally huge fan of JM Custom kydex but they aren't cheap and fairly long lead time so this is the best value on the market imo.

Re: Anybody own a Sig P226 in 9mm?

I have the 226 Tacops and it is just a phenomenal firearm. There is a reason the 226 has the reputation that it does. While it is a full size gun, the balance of it makes it a very easy shooting firearm and feels great from an ergonomic standpoint. Just feels perfect when shooting. I own a bunch of ...
