Re: VOTE NOW!!

My philosophy and what I have encouraged others to do, is vote for the candidate that will be most effective at advocating for the issues most important to you. That doesn't necessarily mean you vote for the person who you agree with the most. If the person you agree with most is ineffective in bein...

Re: Can Beto O’Rourke really beat Ted Cruz?

There have been people near me reporting on Nextdoor about signs being stolen or damaged. Both Cruz and Beto signs have been affected. I don't dispute that there are people on the fringe of both sides both capable and willing to do this. If you disagree with a candidate a person is supporting, show ...

Re: Mission to Bankrupt NRA

Is there a way we could return the favor? Of course several states are already bankrupt and that won't hurt those doing this, but rather the citizenry. Perhaps a number of suits could be filed against cuomo, personally. Yes, there is. Vote for candidates who support the 2nd Amendment as well as the...

Re: Are you voting in the 2018 Midterms?

I'm at my polling place now. Got off work early, and did NOT expect a half mile long line. Or the amount of beto shirts I've already seen. They're out to screw up your state! Get out and VOTE Did you see BETO shirts at the polling place? I was going to wear my MAGA hat buy I thought that political ...

Re: Can Beto O’Rourke really beat Ted Cruz?

I would argue that none of us should be complacent. Cruz may win by a large margin, but that is hardly guaranteed. Vote, and make your voice heard!

Re: Guns down!

I wonder how much traffic that number can handle? Anyone have any idea? That's what I was thinking too, wonder what it would take to crash their system As amusing as that might be? I'd personally leave it be. As mentioned above, in Texas there should be zero carrying in polling places based on curr...

That was my issue last weekend. Combination of weather and lack of working alarm clock. I fixed my alarm clock issue since then though.

Re: Carrying your license to carry

There is no longer a penalty for failing to show it, but I believe you do need to have it if carrying. There would be an interesting situation if you were in a vehicle, though, because you don't need to have an LTC at all to carry under MPA. It would get even more convoluted if there was another ad...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

California judge dismisses Stormy Daniels lawsuit against Donald Trump and requires her to pay his legal fees. Can you imagine the cost of the legal fees for the POTUS??? Probably a 1/2 dozen lawyers over the course of 18 months at what? $1000/hr? I hope Trump tries to cash the check and it...
