It has to be either Johnny English, or Austin Powers

That looks like a nice shotgun. Curious about what looks like a rear sight. What is it?

Re: Remington .22 LR Thunderbolt Ammo $144/5000 rnd (2.89¢/rd)free shipping

I would only use the Thunderbolt ammo in a bolt or pump action. It has been unreliable in a variety of semis for me. My last bulk purchase of .22LR was 4000 rounds of Winchester M-22 40 gr Round Nose for $172 from Big Daddy Unlimited. So $144/5000 rounds is a pretty good price. OTH, M-22 Ammo is sp...

Re: Florida Sheriff: ‘If You Need to Shoot Somebody, Shoot ’em a Lot’

I have to partially disagree. You should only shoot until the threat is stopped. Once they are no longer a threat, if you come back and shoot them to make sure they are REALLY stopped, you may face criminal charges. Just ask this Oklahoma pharmacist that did just that https://kfor.com/2018/04/17/bo...

Re: Breaking: Marijuana accidentally made legal in Texas

There is no such thing as a marijuana “overdose”. Of course there is.....just not in the sense you’re thinking of. It just may not be possible to receive a lethal dose, but there all all kinds of ways of categorizing overdoses. I remember one of the ER docs I used to work with telling me that it’s ...

I enjoyed the video. I had no idea that Barton is located so near to DFW. I’m going to arrange a tour for my wife and myself.

Re: Transferring a Handgun to My Adult Son

Can I just give it to my son (who is not and has never been a felon) without doing a legal transfer? Giving it to your son IS a legal transfer. (Note: I am not a lawyer. The above statement does not constitute legal advice. YMMV.) Caveat.... no paper trail necessary as long as the transfer is betwe...

They've identified her, but still haven't tracked her down and arrested her.
That is just a matter of time. At least they know who she is now.
She’s a disgusting animal.

Re: Transferring a Handgun to My Adult Son

There’s no gun registration in Texas. You can give or sell the gun to Texas resident you want to, as long as that person is not barred by law from possessing it.

Re: Healthy: Conservative talk radio. Non-existent: Liberal talk radio.

I think it is important to distinguish between "liberal" and "leftist". The left is totalitarian, but many of them don't know it yet because they’ve felt their way through issues instead of thinking their way through them. Although the left can be infuriating, they are also to be pitied in some way...

Re: If You Carry a Gun, You Need an Outfit to Match

I am totally guilty of flip-flopping while carrying. .....but I HAVE actually thought this through.... 1. Homey don’t run (see #3), so it doesn’t matter what’s on my feet. I’ve no intention of drawing my gun unless presented with an immediate threat, within self-defense range. 2. I’m...

I saw this on the news last night. The sad thing is that he did it to honor the memory of an 18 year old friend who committed suicide while in the Army.

Re: CNN death spiral continues

It’s a shame real, truthful and relatively unbiased news reporting is not a profitable thing anymore. There was a time when CNN was actually just that. CNN has always been slimy. I was stationed overseas during Desert Shield/Storm. AFN (Armed Forces Network) preempted all TV programming and ran not...
