Also, the order is written as non-precedential, so no one can use the logic or cite the case. And, of course, it is good news for our side for future court cases. My BIL has put one on his AR and says he likes it. I could never get past it for the same reasons ya'll have kept from getting one or stopped and never got one for myself. Too close for comfort.
