At least I can tell him he's in good company! To Lynyrd and WTR; yes, the .243 Winchester's parent case is indeed the .308.

With him not being an experienced high power rifle shooter I was satisfied with his "minute of deer" s...

Re: For old farts in the Houston area

I am definitely an old fart! Remember her so well. Watched it every time it eas on. I always begged my parents to take us on our birthday to see how many pennies I could grab out of that jar. KITIRIK, Cadet Don, Uncle Bert Lynn, Milk Drop Moe. Brings back lots of memories.

Re: Blue Bell ice cream - recall

the product may contain a foreign object.

A consumer notified the company after finding a piece of a plastic tool in a half gallon of Butter Crunch Ice Cream.
It must be a metric since it's foreign.

Re: PG&E Cutting Power

I have a friend in California who just posted about this yesterday. She thinks that cutting power is a ruse so PG&E can raise their rates. It used to be that they were a monopoly in certain parts of the state. I am not sure if that is still true. California is forcing and mandating the power shut o...

You found a relatively quiet range! My Sheridan pellet rifle is louder than that. Thanks for posting, Andy!
