Re: 5 Officers Shot In Houston - Pray

“This investigation is peeling back layers of a narcotics-enforcement system gone array,” Ogg said. The author, Tulsi Kamath, needs to go back to school. Hard to believe she was part of Pulitzer finalist team. I'll bet she can't even spell Pulitzer. Calling LDB415- Hey! LDB, they need a real editor...

Re: WTS: Leupold 20-60x80 Spotting Scope

I have like new Leupold 20-60x80 Spotting Scope. It has never been dropped and there is not a single scratch on it. The only scratches are on its hard case. It comes with a free bracket for a small smart phone. $400 firm. Delivery in Plano Area. Optionally, I have a tripod for it, $40 extra Leuplod...

Re: Torchy's removes Republican and Independent tacos from Menu

^I think your first mistake was taking the place for a Tex-Mex restaurant, which it is decidedly not. The "Tacos" in the name had me fooled. Chicken Tender, Fried Chicken and Jamaica Jerked meat 'tacos' should have been a clue. Maybe they'll add Chicken Cordon Bleu. Haha, fair enough. The bar...

Re: Torchy's removes Republican and Independent tacos from Menu

I didn't see one Tex-Mex ground chili meat taco on their menu. I guess one could say fajita taco's could qualify, but they are johnny come lately to Tex-Mex food scene. I don't know anything about the founder Mike Rypka, but apparently he never ate at any of the restaurants I did. He's a likely cand...

Two new babies - one delivered one, one on the way

On Father's Day my three daughters and my wife bought me a Kimber 1911, which I picked up today. As I was driving home my oldest daughter along with my wife and two other daughters phoned me on a group call. My oldest daughter informed me she is pregnant. Oh, Happy Day! Two new babies. I only have a...

Re: S&W Model 32-1 serial number lookup

Thanks for the replies from everyone I guess I was hoping it was like a cars VIN, where there would be a simple record about it Puma Guy, that info is great and much more than I could find! Re: S&W Model 32-1 serial number lookup

The only record S&W that will give an idea of the age will be a ship date, And you obtain this by sending the S&W Historical Society a hundred bucks or so for a “Letter”. They were shipped in Serial order, but some people on the S&W forum may have a data base, and the Standard S&W Catalog will have...

Well, there's an outfit called Greentoe that sells cameras, appliances etc.. I got an email from them saying "It's hot. Need a new AC?" For some reason I read "Need a new CZ?". Between an AC and a CZ I'd rather have the CZ.
Whoa! Pays to proof read! :biggrinjester:

I saw Andy's knife in person today, and it’s a beauty. Ima hafta get me one. I didn’t even know that it comes with the two small blades until he showed them to me, but that is very cool.
They are!
