Well my paperwork was just submitted and I mailed a copy of the Form 4 and the "Responsible Person" form for each member on my trust to the Denton County Sheriff. This added requirement is a bummer but better than having to have a sign off. My other submissions a few years back were approved within ...

Re: Question: Chief Law Enforcement Office for NFA FORM 4 Notification
I jus try completed my forms and used the Denton County Sheriff.....thanks for all the replies. And yes, it's just a notification, something I didn't have to do before the changes that went into effect (I have a trust).

Re: Question: Chief Law Enforcement Office for NFA FORM 4 Notification
Well Carrollton PD fingerprinted me and my trust members but I will send the notification paperwork to the Denton Sheriff as recommended. The new changes to the application certainly made the trust route more cumbersome!!! Thanks for your responses, I want to get the paperwork turned in Wednesday.

I will call the Carrollton Police Department tomorrow but thought I'd ask here: has anyone that lives in Carrollton/Denton County submitted a FORM 4 and if so, who did you use as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (and address)? Based on the below definit...

Re: WTS FNH PS90 LNIB 5.7x28mm
No fair. I have not won the lottery yet. 😢 This is my last one which is why I'm selling all the ammo and other parts (which I'll post later, like an extra hammer pack, etc). If I hang on to ammo/parts I end up buying another rifle so this time everything is going....LOL. I'm concentrating on my AR1...
