Re: East Texas State Fair bans open carry guns, concealed carry still allowed
No surprise. The same will happen at the Texas State Fair at Fair Park. Anyone care to be the proverbial "test case"? Authorities in Texas don't want LTC's to open carry. They will stop it regardless of the law. If somebody is willing to be a test case and do an "audit" on camer...

Hey TAM, looks like @RealJamesWoods got banned about the same time as you did...you are keeping good company anyway... Yeah, I think he got popped a few hours later, and for 24 hours. Mine was just for 12 hours. Looks like James is still in lockdown... He keeps provoking them with things like this....

Re: Shooting In Abilene
On the other hand, a detective who interviewed them after the incident claims that they admitted to wanting to have a situation where they could shoot Howard. That seems a lot like premeditation if I read that right. After watching the video, I don't feel much sympathy for any of the people involve...

The only people who should be able to legally carry in court are the judge, the jury, and the bailiff. Not the defense. Not the prosecutor or plaintiff. Not witnesses for either side. Not paid experts for either side. Not friends and family in the gallery. It doesn't matter if they're LEO, LTC, MIL,...
