Re: Courtrooms
I can’t quote a law, but They wouldn't let me into Jury Duty with a 2.75” pocket knife. It was a lockback, maybe that was a difference.

He’s going to sue the escape room company for making it so difficult to exit the room. Fire hazard nor something.
Just wait for it.

Identity politics bull. It doesn’t work anyway.
I will not change my behavior based on someone else’s political views. That’s what Libs do.
It’s not ‘Giving’ them money.
It’s exchanging money for goods and services.

Re: Do Not make a company aware of their non-compliant signs!
Kiddkop, O.K., but many businesses post non-compliant signs (in my opinion) to keep the hand wringing, knuckle biter anti-gun types from going bonkers with worry, all the while knowing CHLers will legally come in. If that's true then educating them hurts nobody. :thumbs2: Nor will it help anyone.

Re: Do Not make a company aware of their non-compliant signs!
There may be some validity in the idea that some businesses intentionally post invalid signs to appease their anti gun employees and customers. Knowing that licensees will know the law and still carry concealed, while the anti gunners will be blissfully comforted and none the wiser. I think it’s fai...

Re: Do Not make a company aware of their non-compliant signs!
Why correct a non compliant sign? I care neither for the business’ opinion of guns or intent of the invalid sign. I care about the law. If I can legally carry there, I will. My reason for carrying is for personal self defense. This reason is not impacted by the business owner at all. If I can’t lega...

Re: B-52 FTW
Love the B-52, possibly the best bang for the buck investment the U.S. Military has ever made. It is a durable, well oiled, multi-talented machine. Slated to outlive the aircraft that was supposed to replace it (the B-1).

Re: Carrying in car confusion
I think OPs confusion is about the car not belonging to him. It’s his mothers car. You’re still ok. The wording of the law is something like “vehicle that you own OR are in control of” So if your mother gave you permission to drive the car, then you have control of it. Also not a lawyer, just my int...

Re: "Special Designation" Licenses
I got the Veteran designation on mine, even though I didn’t really pursue it. I knew I could get it but thought I would need to request it specifically. I only provided my DD-214 to get the discounted app fee. I can’t see needing that designation on my LTC. Any place that would require proof of bein...
