The Cotton Belt building contains an appeals court (I believe it's on the third floor -- I didn't go looking for it). Not sure where "$25" comes from.

Requested address changes (online) for my wife's and my driver's licenses and CHL last week. The state charged my debit card $11 for each DL and $14.50 for each CHL change.

So the police are not identifying the brother "because he works undercover", but the article gives the name of the dead man.

How hard is it to figure out who his brother is? (even if the officer is using a different name).
