I can vouch for Ruger SR1911 as I have 2 in Commander size. Can't beat the value and customer. Service is second to none!

On big dirfferance between speeding and impeding traffic is that general speeding does not affect the drivers around them whereby the self appointed speed monitor is affecting the 1 or more drivers trying to get around them. I find that those impeding traffic are doing it for their own selfish reas...

Re: Two new toys!
Nice guns! Is it just me, or does it appear Ruger has made the Mini-14 barrel heavier ? Looking at the 2 pictures, series 81 verses the new one, they appear different thicknesses. I used to have a one in the early 90's, never could get it to shoot decent, reliable as all get out though. I'd love to...

Re: Shot Shells for Skeet?
#9's huh? I might have been putting myself at a disadvantage. I've almost always used #7.5 and only occasionally #8's. I might have to look a little harder for #9 and try that out, but at least start using #8's more. Maybe I can finally get a 24 or 25 on a round. if it's a windy day you won't like ...

I have no use for self appointed speed monitors who think dictating the flow of traffic is their job.Oldgringo wrote:If one wants to arrive on time, one should depart in time to arrive on time without playing like one is Mario Andretti. I've got no use for speeding civilians.

Re: Road rager pointed gun at woman
Sorry but I don't agree that the people impeding traffic in the left lane are looking to take a left handed exit. They should follow the signs that state "left lane is for Passing" and "slower traffic keep right". If these individuals want to stop others from speeding and monito...
