Re: Spare Clips

Wow, thanks for the info. Didn't know about some of these sights. Now should I look into getting a single or double holder (because when stuff hits the fan I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it) For clarification I have a Sig P226 .40cal staggered mags. if that makes any d...

Spare Clips

I notice that some of you have wonderful ideas for how to properly carry a concealed firearm, including a BUG, but what I am wondering is how do you carry spare clips/magazines or quick loaders for revolvers, or if you don't carry them at all.

Thanks

Re: DPS CHL Processing Delays: Meeting Report

It seems like for the most part, that those of us waiting for our license's are just going to have to wait a little longer. I just hope that the answer the legislature gives is to increase the amount of people helping to prcess the applications, and not to increase the allowable wait times from 60 d...

Re: Is There a Handicap Parking Spot Available?

I have not yet had to have crutches and worry about carrying, but I have already planned for it. I cannot find the exact product I have, but it's something close to what Galco offers, http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterP3.asp?ProductID=2242&CatalogID=149 (but looks more like a regular backpack),excep...

Re: Interesting Exchange by Email

I actually made the call earlier today, was polite to the guy that picked up the phone, and he told me that I had already been approved, they were just waiting to print up the card(90 days to today, but another 10 or so to card in hand). So it may just be that talking to a person was a little more h...

Nice Calls/E-Mails

As the waiting has become unbearable for some of us, I have seen that people have been able to call or e-mail the DPS to find out that they have already been approved, the card just got put in the out pile that goes out at the end of every month or something. I was wondering, if anybody that has bee...
