Re: Failure to Conceal?

Re: thoughts on this video???

So, how should one handle the ID question here in CC country, since we don't have the "stop and identify" law in Texas without seeming to belligerent? (As an aside, I cold TELL them my last name, but it's not spelled like it sounds, so they wouldn't find anything on me) :evil2: :txflag: I...

Re: Unarmed was still deadly force.

I would think that Kenny Tavai would be the best, indeed the benchmark, example. And it was responded to appropriately by the CHL holder being attacked, Gordon Hale III. And Texas law still required a person under attack to retreat. Really? I am not sure but it looks like PC 9.21 says differently. ...

Re: Better Half Getting CHL

My wife went through the CHL class with me in May, I have my plastic but still waiting on hers. :???: She plans to carry a revolver but I insisted she qualify with a SA just for the carry either aspect. She doesn't like my Glock 19, but qualified with it fine. Once she gets the plastic in hand I pla...

Re: Little curiosity question.....

Some of the "gun buster" signs are put up by people with full knowledge they are meaningless to CHL holders. They post the sign to make the anti crowd happy, and to still allow lawful CHL owners full access. A long time ago I had a friend that worked at a bank, asked him if he knew the sig...
