Re: "Criminal Motorcycle Gang" and LTC

Defense Attorney Kurt Glass told 6 News that Judge Steve Young ruled a mistrial after Glass refused to exclude a critical fact in the trial. So if a defense Attorney includes a piece of evidence the judge does not like, the judge can declare a mistrial? It would make sense if something was declared...

Re: "Criminal Motorcycle Gang" and LTC

Correct, the reason I am asking is the section in GC 411 subchapter H regarding carrying in a motor vehicle without a LTC has Criminal Street Gang as a defined in 71.01 as a disqualifier, but does NOT really address if the individual has an LTC. Would the normal background check for issue of an LTC...

Re: HPD: More than 2,000 guns stolen out of cars in the last 10 months

He suggests a gun safe secured to your car – but only as an alternative to simply leaving your guns at home. I hope he was misquoted, taken out of context, ect. Otherwise its just plain dumb to suggest it....Perhaps he is channeling Art How is a gun left at home used for training at the range? How ...

Your passage really should be in Websters dictionary as an example under the word "Rhetorical question" :tiphat:

Thank you for doing that.
Making the call "Are you missing a pet" be it from chip info or number on a tag, is why we do what we do.

Re: Family pets?, Micorchip please

Every single time we found a loose dog and too it to a local vet, they said "the registration came back old and outdated". We rely on a good collar with our dog's name and our contact information. Very good point..and one I spend countless hours and hundreds of dollars getting past...outd...

Re: Family pets?, Micorchip please

Let's not forget that while the implantation of the chip is not really that expensive (and sometimes vets do it for free as part of some promotional events), it's the registration database fees that surprise most people. If you don't pay a registration fee, your dog is not inserted into the DB. And...

Re: chip replacment

One of my dog's chips has migrated to her leg and is sensitive/painful to her. I'm going to have it removed. I'm thinking they will not reuse it just due to age and 6 years worth of banging around. So its as if I was starting over- are both Home again and Smart tag one time fees only? Is one better...

Re: Jihadist leader killed by rarely used Ginsu Hellfire missle

Let me know how you feel when you lose a dear friend or loved one at something like Bengazi. Let me know how you feel when you lose a dear friend of loved one in an attack like 9/11. Have you forgot? Again, when you have the on the ground experience of cleaning up collateral damage, I'll find your ...

Birds of a feather, flock together. I feel like a bomb that kills everyone around the terrorist is beneficial. Kill them all and let god sort them out. Let me know how you feel about that after being sent in to do a post strike assessment.. Let me know how you feel about "Kill them all and let...

Re: Today I sent a complement to the Trooper that cited me

I don't recall ever having an officer complain about me finding an appropriate spot to pull over, pretty sure most of them appreciate it. Twice personally, Arizona Trooper "Son, did you see my lights?, that means stop the damn car now, not drive till you feel like pulling over" I was 20, ...

Today I sent a complement to the Trooper that cited me

I had contact with a Trooper yesterday, a speeding traffic infraction. The act was mine to own, though im secure in my reason and positive I did not cause any danger to others or my self in the 2 seconds or less I was exceeding the posted limit to get around and away from tailgaters blocking my exit...

Re: Forum members dog poll

I started to post a link to Bushtec trailers but their website is down right now. https://www.facebook.com/bushtec/ Of note, I sent a message to Bushtec about the web page and asked when it would be up.... they responded almost immediately "Thank you we were not aware. We will work on it."

Re: Forum members dog poll

Right now, I have no pets because I live in an apartment. I like larger dogs (prefer Alaskan Malemutes) and I think it would be wrong to keep them cooped up in an apartment. They need room to roam, even if it is just a backyard occasionally. My experiences both personally and that though thousands ...
