Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

The real question is when will Strzok's wife kill him? Funny, Gohmert had that same twisted curiosity... That was another dumb thing about the hearing. The character of a man has no meaning. All of that texting was done on taxpayer time with taxpayer provided phones. But there was NO bias, just innocent little lovebirds tweeting. More silliness... There is no question about Strzok's bias. 1. Criticism about marital loyalty? Was it a loving relationship or a stormy one??? 2. How much time spent texting the girlfriend? Maybe this was done during break time or compensated with overtime??? 3. Again, the question should be what did he actually do that was wrong because of his obvious bias in FBI investigations??? According to Justice Dept IG: nothing . McEnroe said it best: Defensive much? If you will lie to and cheat on your wife, then you will lie and cheat on anything, including your oath to your country and its laws and the Constitution...

All of that texting was done on taxpayer time with taxpayer provided phones. But there was NO bias, just innocent little lovebirds tweeting. Right. And if he did it from inside a SCIF, then he is guilty of the same security clearance violations as her Marxist Filthiness. His clearances have reportedly already been pulled, but it goes to show why the FBI would not want to pursue criminal charges against the DemocRats as the FBI is guilty of the same treasoness acts as Wasserman-Shultz and Huma, the Muslim Brotherhood princess. The label "deep state" does not do justice to the severity of this conspiracy to obstruct justice and destroy our Republic...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

A first-ever honor for a visiting U.S. president: https://twitter.com/TrumpBabyUK/status/1014831369522999296/photo/1 Can't believe the London Mayor has approved this. However, Trump must be doing something right to create this much blowback. https://www.cnn.com/2018/07/05/europe/donald-trump-baby-trump-uk-intl/index.html?utm_content=2018-07-05T15%3A02%3A05&utm_term=link&utm_medium=social&utm_source=fbCNN Judging by the complete and utter disaster that is the UK since Tony Blair and his Labour Party decided to open the borders to mass third world immigration - they need a President Trump of their own to save them from themselves, their suicidal political correctness and this idiotic traitor who is the current mayor of Londonstan...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

I actually don't mind skipping due process for criminal trespass of sovereign borders... since they shouldn't have been able to cross in the first place, keeping them here and draining our already overwhelmed and underfunded system, only worsens the problem for both citizens and criminal aliens alike. Some people, including our president, seem intent on forgetting the parts of the constitution they feel are inconvenient; but,the case of illegal aliens being covered by and protected by the Constitution has been settled law for 130 years and rests on one word: "person." It is the word "person" that connects the dots of "due process" and "equal protection" in the 14th Amendment to the U.S Constitution and it is those five words that make the Constitution of the United States and its 14th amendment one of the most important political documents in our history. You might want to refresh your education on the law: Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886), Wong Win v. United States (1896), Almeida-Sanchez v. United States (1973), Plyler v. Doe (1982), Zadvydas v. Davis (2001), and Madison's writings at the time the constitution was drafted. http://i65.tinypic.com/98v7k3.jpg...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

I think it is pretty obvious to any American with intelligence, the Democrats are less concerned with children of the illegal immigrants than they are with the fraudulent votes they can rack up from their parents or traffickers. Funny how they suddenly pretend to have issues. But in this day and age of video, they get busted every time for their lies. https://nyti.ms/2xUZMj9 Ok, the video of Hillary campaigning in 2007 about immigration was interesting but didn't seem to relate to the current issue of separating families. What did I miss? :confused5 You missed the fact, that this law was not, suddenly instituted by Trump, in fact during Barak Hussein's, administration, this exact same scenario, played out, because adults, arrested for crossing the border illegally, were placed in adult, holding facilities, and it is " illegal" to place children in those facilities. What the MSM fails to mention, is that, if adults with children are truly seeking asylum, and they report to a port of entry, they are placed together, with their children, until their case is settled. The only ones being seperated, are those who sneak across the border. There was nothing about immigration law in the video except for a reference that update is needed. Previous administrations used family detention facilities, allowing the whole family to stay together while awaiting their deportation case in immigration court, or alternatives to detention, which required families to be tracked but released from custody to await their court date. Some children may have been separated from the adults they entered with, in cases where the family relationship could not be established, child trafficking was suspected, or there were not sufficient family detention facilities available. http://i63.tinypic.com/5lp8o3.jpg...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

Seriously, I suppose you and philbro are also "ok" with jailing folks who have only been indicted, in clear violation of due process, as long as they have some ties, however tenous, to our President? "Guilty until proven innocent" is a typical communist dictatorship ploy embraced by the Obama DOJ against political adversaries. Very third world which should make you both pleased. Welcome to Venezuela. Passport please. Are you honestly suggesting that every person indicted can not be held in jail until trial ? If so, you obviously have no clue how the judicial system works at all and are repeating things that make you truly appear ignorant. Or, are you suggesting that Manafort be treated to a different set of rules while awaiting trial than every other citizen in the US ? Either way your statement is not supported by any apparent understanding of the US legal system. Please find the following from the American Bar Assoc. on pretrial proceedings: https://www.americanbar.org/publications/criminal_justice_section_archive/crimjust_standards_pretrialrelease_blk.html Long story short, Manafort was out of jail awaiting trial under a set of terms established by the court. Manafort violated those terms and after a hearing and due process , was placed in jail pending trial. Treated as any other citizen under indictment for a crime. The US legal system is corrupt. Read the OIG report. Know what they call lawyers who graduated in the bottom half of their class? An attorney.....

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

A federal judge on Friday sent Paul Manafort to jail pending trial after he was charged with witness tampering. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-russia-manafort/former-trump-campaign-chief-manafort-sent-to-jail-by-u-s-judge-idUSKBN1JB12X?feedType=RSS&feedName=topNews&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+reuters%2FtopNews+%28News+%2F+US+%2F+Top+News%29 http://i68.tinypic.com/2gxji9i.jpg :iagree: but I didn't know that Manafort was transgender!
