Re: Whataburger majority stake sold to Chicago investment firm

Seems like most of the Whatabugers I’ve been in since moving to Texas leave a lot to be desired in food quality, cleanliness and the attitude of the employees.
Maybe that’s why the company is in need of selling out financially....they already sold out in quality.

Yeah, but it doesn’t have the same kill radius, and it won’t turn the streets to glass.

Re: South Africa: Violent farm murders

If they cannot afford to leave, I think the farmers need to become guerrilla fighters and start making preemptive strikes. Go after the infrastructure, water and sanitation system, power generation and distribution, fuel and food distribution, force them to try and guard everything! That's a good s...

And when things go sporty “they” will fall into two categories:
1. Those who are glad you have guns to protect them
2. Those to whom Rule 308 may be required

Re: Frank Hamer book

It took me several weeks to get through, just finished reading the book. There were some dark days in the history of Texas with a great deal of evil men and women doing evil things to other people. The Texas Rangers were not exempt from this behavior. Interesting story of one Ranger's journey throug...
