Re: 9mm ammo

The 115g FMJs are available at a real reasonable price compared to other bullet weights. I tried some Nosler JHP +P but I (...

Shots fired, LEO at the door, what do you do?
I guess when you are older and have nothing else to do, you run these scenarios through your head. A friend that lives in an apartment complex recently reported there were several shots fired. She stayed inside and didn't look for trouble but did not notice any police activity. This got me to thinki...

If you call a few of their advertisers, explain your problem, and ask the advertiser to contact the publisher. They may listen to their revenue stream.bblhd672 wrote:Try calling all of the companies who are advertising in it.

The laws bounce you around the different codes. There are exceptions to many things. Look at this page first: TxDPS Handgun Licensing
Your DUI probably will be OK since it occurred over 10 years ago but your State Jail Felony, depending on what it is for, could be a permanent ban.

Rule #1
The Mrs will probably be upset with me for making this post but I hope it will bring up a couple of lessons and may help prevent some heartache. My 9 year old granddaughter has been working with her other grandfather with BB and pellet guns. The other grandfather talked with me saying the granddaugh...

Re: Would you shoot?
He was running right by some people and clearly chasing others. Wonder why he ignored the guy by the door or the guy leaning on the post to go after the guy with the backpack? Since I am handicapped, I would of tried to call 911 with my left hand while holding my still holstered EDC by the grip. If ...

Re: So Good News, Bad News
Oh man question #3 popped into my head. With a non-resident license do you think I would be able to come home on vacation and pick up a new toy while in town without issue? Simple answer - No You would have to have the firearm transferred to an FFL in your resident state (NJ) and comply with all of...
