Too bad. With the amount of CO2 that you generate with your non-stop Trump bashing we could have actually finally realized some value.philbo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 22, 2018 2:28 amAgain, you should read the articles you googled because they are not in support of you conclusion. Like others you are trying to cherry-pick one aspect of the study and present it in isolation of the whole. Both articles warn of drawing conclusions from isolated data. Higher CO2 levels do not produce more nutritious crops, it's actually the opposite. We know unequivocally that when you grow food at elevated CO2 levels in fields, it becomes less nutritiousphilip964 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 4:06 pm https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/20 ... ning-earth
Those pesky half truths.

The concept that higher CO2 levels increases yields and produces more nutritious food, has been debunked for some time. You have to stay current on the research and not rely on papers that miss what has happened the last two years. Grandiose statements without facts are a poor substitute for scientific research, but politicians like Lamar Smith seem to make a career of doing just that.

Look on the bright side; since the flurry of baseless accusations against Trump's SCOTUS nominee, Dale and philbo have stopped trolling this site with their equally devoid of substance rants about "Russian collusion".03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 2:08 am I don't get why you post here. philbo wrote: ↑Thu Sep 27, 2018 7:41 amPointing out the obvious and restating what actually is not twisting facts. I stated the truth with proof to back it up. You should try that sometime instead of leaping to conclusions with only hyperbole ad hominem attacks to support your arguments. But then, you have turned that into an Olympic event.Bitter Clinger wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:19 amYou completely miss the point. philbo harrangues and twists everything to the negative regardless of the facts.
The truth is never libelous, even if you do not agree with it. And I do not hate trump, he doesn't deserve that much of my attention. I do agree with those in his own circle who feel he is amoral, impetuous, adversarial, petty, ineffective, generally anti-trade and anti-democratic. I believe his policies, or lack thereof, are dangerous to this country (16 billion in aid to farmers injured by the trump tariffs who didn't want it is one prime example) and he is generally unfit to lead. If highlighting trumps continuous stream of lies, braggadocio, and endless series of personal attacks on anyone and everything that disagrees with him makes me so negative, fine. But, what does it say about those who quietly accept those lies and ill considered policies because it serves their immediate short term goals? Republicans used to call those people democrats, but I think hypocrite is a much more accurate term.Bitter Clinger wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:19 amHis baseless hatred for Trump and his continuing libelous statments are simply beyond the pale.

You completely miss the point. philbo harrangues and twists everything to the negative regardless of the facts. His baseless hatred for Trump and his continuing libelous statments are simply beyond the pale. Follow the thread and you will see what I mean. Shakespeare was right....Killadocg23 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 10:51 pmIve noticed on this forum if you don’t agree with what Trump or Fox News says your “anti-american” and wrong ! It’s pathethic that you can’t even have different opinions from some of these grown man. Then they start to whine and cry and claim your anti American when you disagree with them on something. It’s laughable.philbo wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 6:20 pmI hope to gain the same thing that you and every other trump apologizer wants when you engage in constantly posting any and every negative thing you can come up with about those you disagree with... the eventual ouster of that person at the ballot box. Trump is amoral, impetuous, adversarial, petty, ineffective, generally anti-trade and anti-democratic. And those words come not from the never-trump crowd, but from within his own whitehouse.

Trump today became the center of other countries laughing at his egotistical self aggrandizement... and I don't think it will improve anytime soon.

That mudslinger Brennan got exactly what he deserved, although in reality he should be in prison for his treason.
