2. Keltec PF-9 with a carry clip works great and is 9 mm caliber. Another great choice is the SIG P938.

I fired WW2 issued ammo in the mid 90's without a problem. It depends if ammo is stored in a dry environment. If it got wet for whatever reason I'd be careful. Good advice may be to check for corrosion, oxidation or discoloration on the outside of the casing. I also remember buying some Israeli ammo...

Here is what I found on the DART website. So if you legally hold a CHL you can carry.

Section 2.02. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement.
