With out the supreme court chief justice presiding, it just a show trial that means nothing. The senate can't declare what is constitutional, that's reserved for the courts to determine.

Fox News just reported that SCOTUS has declined to hear the Texas election case. This deal now looks looks dead. That's the worst possible outcome. I was in a Dollar General store earlier this week and they had signs saying the cashiers could not give back cash or coins. You can pay with card or exact amount in cash.
Supposedly it was due to a shortage of coins and $1 bills.

I've had at least three family members that have had it so far, including one that has other illnesses. All recovered fine without hospitalization.
