Perhaps it doesn't matter so much if Belarus and Armenia aren't fully on board, but you can't say that about India, Pakistan, Russia, and China. They're major arms exporting and importing states, and most of them are deeply irresponsible.

Got two boxes of goodies in the mail today. I'd been looking for a set of .40 dies and as y'all well know they are scarce. My boxes today were marked from Dillon Precision and the dies along with a bunch of other stuff i had ordered were in them. I was anticipating several weeks to get the dies but ...
