Re: Holsters in DFW
Winchester Gallery in Ft. Worth has a room dedicated to holsters, vests, bags and accessories. One wall is full of holsters from 5 or 6 manufacturers. If you're going to be in F.W. it's worth a trip to go there.

Welcome to the waiting room. Don't wear out the carpet pacing back and forth!
I'm only about a week ahead of you so we'll be here about the same length of time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for ya!

Re: Suspension Notice
I spoke to the women that handles the suspension and revocation letters and she gave e the number for the attorney that is handling my suspension in Austin. I was advised that I would have no issue having the license suspension lifted. ;-) That is indeed good news! It seems to be going in the right...

Re: Help me dress myself
This may seem silly to some, but I kind of like the idea of a "t-shirt shoulder holster". It seems like it would be very comfortable, plus offers deep concealment, without creating strange bulges around your middle. My CHL instructor had one on the day I took my class. I would have never k...

Re: I got tired of waiting!!!
Let our 1.5% minority be heard! To heck with everyone else! Seriously folks do you really believe that calling everyday is going to fix anything? Sure you may get lucky and find someone with enough pull to get you through. Please consider the rest of us and not just yourselves. I wonder how many ap...

Re: Thinking about a compact .45 for concealed carry
I've got as few handguns that I'm considering but I'm leaning towards the Taurus Millennium Pro PT145. I don't blame you! A good friend of mine has one, and I'd like to add that to my collection as well. It's just the right size, a VERY good s.d. caliber, and affordable IMO. Good choice! :thumbs2: ...

Re: Introduce yourself
Hey Joe. Thanks so much for the welcome! I already took the class (mentioned that in the first post  ). I passed the range test with flying colors. After using my own P22 and my friends Ruger .45 I noticed my Sigma is a bit shaky in the accuracy department. I'm looking to upgrade sometime ...

Re: Gun Seizure
Guns per se are not illegal to own in most places in the U.S., but they are illegal to possess in many locations. Owning gold is not illegal, but if the police can make any kind of case that it is the proceeds of a drug deal, they will seize it. They seize cars and expensive watches and jewelry all...

So THAT'S the guy that was all in the headlines last week! Thanks for posting Commander! :tiphat: He sure was no common ordinary hacker. "Last week, Gonzalez, 28, was indicted in New Jersey on more federal charges. He's accused of the biggest credit card hacks of the decade, totaling 170 millio...
