If you call, remember Texas is a one party consent state for recording. If you call and they confess they would make a false arrest, send a copy of the recording to Ken Paxton. Then wait 30 days and post a copy of the recording online.

That makes sense. If they choose to regulate the content of the traffic, they should be criminally and civilly liable for any content they do transmit. I avoid 46.03 locations except for voting and jury service. I avoid 46.035 and 30.06 and 30.07 locations if possible, and carry a long gun if I can't. It's a bit of a hassle but it's prudent to have extra firepower in bars and other places where the legislature or property owner says handguns aren't...
