I thought that if you are a TX resident that the Officer would be alerted if you have a LTC. I’ve been pulled over three times since I have had a CHL. All three stops were positive and I have been sent on my way with no tickets or hassle. I have even thanked on two of those stops for carrying.

In the clip I saw of the reading of the verdict, it is clearly the judge saying “ no outburst”.

My first thought was a bean bag gun.
