Re: Sign on NASA property
It would be impossible* for me to get a firearm from the store to my home without transporting that firearm within 1,000 feet of a school. I assume that many others are similarly situated. I would love to see a SCOTUS ruling on the GFSZA because, strictly enforced, it would mean that a significant ...

Re: Shield Gen 1 or 2?
The first generation is still a good carry gun, and if the price difference was around $100, I would have to think long and hard on it. But for twenty bucks more, I would definitely get the second generation.

Re: Sign on NASA property
I don't understand how any republican is okay with government property being off limits and still honestly support 2A? No politician who honestly supports the Second Amendment would condone a firearms ban on government property open to the public like a post office or a COE lake, any more than a po...

That's a nice looking building. It would be a shame if somebody flew a jet plane into it.philip964 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 29, 2018 11:47 pm https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/ ... 99870.html

We also need a change in law that allows for a criminal prosecution of those individuals for Oppression Under Cover of Authority/Official Oppression. Texas law already makes it a crime to do what they're doing but so far nobody has the stones to make an arrest. § 39.03. (a) A public servant acting ...

I voted Red in 2016 as I had been doing since 2000, and I thought that the stories of Trump following Russian interests was nonsense peddled by Democrats who couldn't admit to themselves that they had chosen one of the most unpleasant candidates in American history and lost badly because of that, b...

How many here are attorneys? Any, other than Charles? I'm sure there must be a few, especially on this thread. Maybe with all the legal opinions offered are attorneys, but may they're the dreaded 'sidewalk and/or jailhouse lawyers'...who're famed for their accurate legal opinions. If, you are an at...

They should also charge the woman who was egging them on. Like the getaway driver for a bank robbery, she was as much a part of it as the rest.

Huh. That's weird - it never mentions 30.07, only 30.06 Here's a hint why; Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 593 (S.B. 273), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015 . Re: Can Beto O’Rourke really beat Ted Cruz?
He's still the long shot but Trump was the long shot a month and a half before the 2016 election. Nationally yes but not in Texas. I don't think there was ever a question as to whether or not Trump could carry the state once he'd sewn up the nomination. I think Cruz will win but it's not a sure thi...
