Re: Kel-Tec P-32 has become available again

I load mine with Lehigh Defense Extreme cavitator, It feeds and functions fine. For just practice I use Fiocchi which feeds fine also.

Re: Kel-Tec P-32 has become available again

I love the P32, mine is very reliable as long as I keep it clean. I carry one in my pocket paired up with a Springfield XDS in .45 outside the waistband, concealed under long t-shirts. I feel very well armed with his setup and trust both guns.

Re: Interesting Non Car Buying Experience

Last car I bought, I let USAA do the haggling for me ( I was financing it through them). When I told the lady a the Honda dealership she would be negotiating the price with them, the life fell out of her. Usaa worked them hard and all I had to do was sit back and watch. Never again will I do it myse...

Re: Carrying in Sedona, Arizona

You should be able to get all the info you need here : https://www.azdps.gov/services/public/cwp

The only big no-no I remember is no guns on Indian Reservation property, other than that, I carry wherever I want when I go to Sedona ( Concealed).

Re: Suppresor Talk/ opcions

I have 3 .30 cal. Suppressors : YHM Phantom direct thread, HVT Gemtech quick connect, and a Silencerco Harvester. My favorite by far is the Silencerco Harvester direct thread. It is light, quieter than the others, and can be had with an insert that allows it to be used on 1/2 or 5/8 threads. I use i...

Re: What Kind of Accuracy from a Mossberg 20 ga with sabot slugs?

I have no experience with a 20 gauge, however, with a 12 gauge and a rifled shotgun barrel, using sabots, you should be able to get 3"-4" groups at 100 yards in my experience.

With both cylinders, I would pay that no problem.

Re: Ruger announces pistol caliber carbine in 9mm

That's a gun I could see myself buying, not sure if my wife can see myself buying it, but that's a different battle. I always thought the Marlin Camp Carbine was a neat concept. I like the threaded barrel on this one, guess that would mean I would need another suppressor, which takes me back to the ...

Re: Rossi single-shot .223

I've got a couple H&R single shots and love them, unfortunately they quit making them, the accuracy issue that was previously noted is my experience also. I have found that if you support them under the receiver only, never letting the forearm touch anything, a lot of stringing when hot is allev...

Re: Lehigh defense?

I hand load their bullets for subsonic hunting, they are very effective and I have never lost an animal. I just started carrying their .32 factory load in my P32, they feed well and are more accurate than any other .32 auto I have shot through it. That's my experience with them thus far.

Re: AR15 help

You could just buy a Troy enhanced drop in battle rail and leave the gas block the way it is, the Troy has a rail on top that will be flush with your flat top so you can use your MBUS sites, and replaces a standard handguard set using existing hardware. However, If is were me, I would pull the gas b...

Re: Corps of Engineers campgrounds

When it comes to COE lakes/parks you just have to make a decision. I fish and camp on Canyon Lake all the time. I have had multiple interactions with Comal County sheriffs dept, Fish and game, and even a real COE employee once. No one ever asked me if I was carrying and I never volunteered. I don't ...

Re: Lost Handgun...

If you bought the gun from an FFL dealer you completed a so called "Yellow Sheet". He is required to keep it on file until he retires and then all sheets must be sent to ATF. If you bought from a private seller no one knows you have it. 50 years from now that rusty gun may show up in the ...

Re: Carrying during the storm

Be very careful in those situations, a lot of things we see as preceding an impeding assault are nothing more than normal behavior to others who are oblivious. Case in point : I used to walk down our road in the dark with my dogs, one morning, I saw a car coming at a high rate of speed and stepped i...
