Re: NFA item on Ebay?
A suppresor adapter is not an NFA item. Google search found dozens of places that sell suppresor adapters. If an adapter was an NFA item, then a threaded barrel would also be an NFA item. The suppresor itself is the NFA item. The same as a lower being the "gun", but not the upper in an AR...

There was a great opening statement by Grassley, hopefully he has the fortitude to back it up.

Re: Non Violent Dispute Resolution
With the CHL class fresh on my mind, I have to say the Non Violent Dispute Resolution (NVDR) section was an epic waste of time. I don't know how much latitude the poor instructor has over this, but I felt sorry for the guy at any rate. We were subjected to every pop-psych self-help fad I've ever he...

Who has used ammo from this company for practice loads? ( http://www.freedommunitions.com/default.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) USA based manufacturer of new and re-manufactured ammo. Good reviews and good pricing. Of course, at this point in time they are component...

Re: Situation at work.
Unless the wording in the handbook is the 30.06 language, you may still legally carry at work but may get fired if found out. Assuming, of course, that your boss didn't personally TELL you "no firearms at work". Verbal notification doesn't have to be in 30.06 language, but written does. P...

Re: Don't Quit The Board!
At times, frustration with the "intransigence" of the left has caused a few to leave the board. If you're one of them, please return. You'll be welcomed back. Don't let the left discourage you. Come back and let your voice be heard. I quit posting a long time ago when those who were suppo...

Re: Keeping a Gun's Dietary Records
I don't know if there is any practical reason other than if for selling or in case of malfunction, but I think it would be interesting and not too terribly difficult to keep track of the exact number of rounds a gun has ever fired in its lifetime. I just purchased my third handgun, and I am thinkin...

Re: All this for a flag?
Ok, I'm gonna put my $0.02 in on this, but I tried to stay out of it. The flag is an important symbol of our great nation and it represents the men and women, both military and civilian, who have died in service to this great nation. <sarcasm>I guess my speakers are broken on my PC because</sarcasm...

Re: All this for a flag?
It is great ideological discussions like this that make us conservatives look like idiots. Everyone's rags on about the liberals taking conjecture and turning it into an issue. You are all doing the same thing! None of you have any idea what she said as you can only see half her mouth behind the edg...

Re: CHL as ID (Pass) for TSA?
Not planning on flying anytime soon, or if ever again. But I know all of us hate the TSA and their "Feel" Good procedures. Why can't we get a Nationwide movement going to allow bypass of all TSA security (& delays) by simply presenting our CHL (or other similar States permits)? After ...

Re: Anonymously asking company to update weapons policy?
Another angle to conside is that modern printers have been equipped with some kind kind of micro ID which is able to be read and traced back to a particular printer. If you wrote such a letter and printed it on your home printer, it would seem unlikely that your company would be able to do enough d...
