Apparently my county is planning to construct a road in a city next to the one I live in, and they need to obtain right of ways from various property owners. The Juror who says one thing in Voir Dire and says something else during deliberation can be charged and convicted of perjury. Perjury is a felony. If the judge so wishes that same juror can also be charged with contempt of court.
